![]() ![]() Saturday Afternoon: Lunch will be followed by free time. We will share a healthy breakfast before heading to the studio for a morning Vinyasa practice. Saturday Morning: For the early birds the studio will be ready from 7am for self guided meditation and quiet. Dinner will be a warming and nourishing soup with home baked bread, and after some light conversation and reflection around the open fire we will drift off to bed for a comfortable nights rest. Deepening our relaxation experience we will wrap up warm for a guided Nidra practice enhanced with the healing benefits of hot stone therapy to peel away any residual tension and stress. This will be followed by a lovely Slow Flow to Yin Yoga blend. You will be welcomed with a warm heart and a cup of homemade chai with time to deeply exhale, settle, unpack and take in the beautiful surrounds.įriday Evening: 5.30pm we will meet in our Sacred Yoga Shala for the Opening and Intention setting ceremony. The retreat space has a dedicated yoga studio a short stroll from the main house where we will meet daily to explore our practice, unwind in yin, and restore in a healing Sound Shower created with Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes and gongs. The beautifully designed country kitchen overlooks the home’s deck area which is surrounded by a lush garden. The large family lounge and spacious dining room, invite us to gather together, to eat, laugh and relax by the inviting open wood fire. Even the 5.5 bathrooms share this eccentricity, with brightly coloured cabinets that contrast against the clean white tiles.ĭucted heating and split system cooling ensure an ideal temperature for your stay. Rustic light fixtures give the space a unique warmth. This historical home, once owned by artist David Bromley, has 12 bedrooms each equipped with cozy king-sized beds that can be split if needed. Each room is eclectically designed and the walls are graced by cultural icons and gorgeous paintings. ![]()
